Pawel, a Partner based in Warsaw, joined Syntaxis in 2008. Pawel is involved in all aspects of the investment process, from structuring, due diligence, and documentation, to post-investment monitoring. He has assisted in the Firm’s investments in Etos, home.pl, Info-TV Operator, BIK Brokers, and Loconi and led the Firm’s investments in eSKY, Polflam, and Trans Polonia. He sits on the supervisory boards of Polflam and Trans Polonia.
Before joining Syntaxis Pawel spent three years at GE Capital, most recently as part of the European Leveraged Finance team in London, where he was involved in a number of private equity sponsored European buyouts including Euromedic, Melita Cable and EMAP. Prior to that Pawel completed GE Capital’s Financial Management Program, where he supported senior finance management in business development projects in London and Poland.
Pawel has a Masters in Economics (Honours) from the Warsaw School of Economics.
