Syntaxis provided growth credit in support of Magna Polonia's acquisition of the remaining minority shareholder's stake in Info-TV-Operator, an established provider of radio and television broadcasting services in Poland. In addition to its analogue broadcasting services, Info-TV-Operator has exclusive rights to broadcast mobile digital television for Cyfrowy Polsat, the second largest private television broadcaster in the country and also owner of Poland's most extensive Direct-to-Home satellite platform.
