Syntaxis provided a mix of growth credit and equity financing to Trans Polonia, Poland's leading supplier of road logistics services for hazardous liquid goods (such as chemicals or bituminous mass). Syntaxis' investment funded the acquisition of Orlen Transport, the largest regional oil & gas road transportation company, and the clear market leader domestically in Poland. As part of the acquisition transaction, the Company secured a long-term contract with former parent Orlen Group for the continuing provision of fuel distribution services.
