In December 2015 Syntaxis completed its investment, a combination of growth credit and direct equity, into Loconi, a leading provider of intermodal transport services in Poland (i.e. a logistics offering which combines two different modes of transport, such as rail and road). Syntaxis' investment was used to take out minority shareholders and to provide capital for the further expansion of the business, with the Company set to open a number of new terminals in 2016, doubling their handling capacity.
