Through its second fund, Syntaxis provided both growth credit and equity finance in support of the buyout and expansion of eSky, a leading online travel agent operating in Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Brazil. The Company's core business is the sale of airline tickets, together with after-sales support, as well as cross-selling travel-related products, such as hotel stays, car rental and travel insurance. Based in large part on its industry-leading and proprietary systems and processes, management has built a scalable platform from which to expand into new, high growth travel markets.
