Liz heads the group finance function at Syntaxis. She has extensive and varied experience within the professional and commercial sectors, initially working in mezzanine as corporate manager for Mezzanine Management from 1989 until 2003.
After qualifying in 1994, specialising in financial and management accounting, business finance and tax, she became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (1995-2013) and set up her own business providing financial, compliance and fund administration skills to investment fund managers, as well as acting as financial controller to a variety of companies in the manufacturing and service industries. Prior to joining Syntaxis, Liz spent 8 years as the Finance Manager of Environmental Technologies Fund, commencing some 18 months prior to first close, and whose Fund accounting systems she fully devised, implemented and maintained.
