Lloyd has over 25 years' experience in capital markets and corporate finance. He has spent the majority of his professional career as an investment banker, with both Credit Suisse First Boston, and IBJ International, in London. Initially trained as a lawyer, Lloyd was admitted to the New York Bar after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1984. He joined Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and practiced law in the areas of corporate finance and capital markets. He also worked as a lawyer with the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins, London. Lloyd acts as in-house counsel for Syntaxis.
