ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Pawel, an Associate based in Warsaw, joined Syntaxis in 2008. He is supporting the firm’s investment activities, including structuring, due diligence, documentation and post-investment monitoring with special focus on Poland and Warsaw originated transactions.

Before joining Syntaxis Pawel spent three years at GE Capital, most recently as part of the European Leveraged Finance team at in London, where he was involved in a number of private equity sponsored buyouts across Europe. Prior to that Pawel completed GE Capital’s Financial Management Program, where he supported senior finance management in business development projects in London and Poland.

Pawel has a Masters in Economics (Honours) from the Warsaw School of Economics.
