LLOYD SCHULZ

Lloyd has over 24 years' experience in capital markets and corporate finance. He has spent most the majority of his professional career as an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston in London and with IBJ International in London.  Initially trained as a lawyer, Lloyd was admitted to the New York Bar after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1984. He joined Cleary, Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and practiced law in the areas of corporate finance, capital markets, public and private sector debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, interest rate and currency swaps, asset trading in emerging markets debt and asset-backed securities. Lloyd also worked as a lawyer with the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins, London. Lloyd acts as in-house counsel for Syntaxis.
